Please be advised that Prowine has recently installed security cameras in the truck loading/unloading areas. You will also notice the Pedestrian doors into the bottling hall will now need swipe access.

Our staff will be able to assist you when you are on site.
This is to ensure your products are fully protected from Unauthorized personnel.

We have put together some visual guide below to walk you through the new process:

1. When you walk in through our bottling hall customer entrance, 
   Please put on a high vis vest and sign in.

   
   2. Please also put on one of our safety glasses. 

   

   3. You may still enter our laboratory so as the production office without a swipe card. However, to enter the bottling hall, you will see the door and the sign as shown as below. You will need to ring the bell (on the wall to your right) in order to get our staff’s attention. 

   
   4. Just press the bell when you have arrived, and our staff will let you in.
